It was a frightening beginning for those playing against the Mills Gang as the all-faculty team intimidated their opponents by rolling straight strikes in their first frame at the bowling tournament hold Oct. 30.

"The teachers are probably better because they have more experience," Jonathan Baxter, GSC student member of the Dream Team said.

Three teams competed in the tournament, held at the Gainesville Bowling Center. In addition to the all-faculty team, there were teams consisting of only students or faculty and students. Each team competed in three games to determine the champion.

Though they started strong, in the end the Mills Gang finished second to XXPinStrikerzXX.

Brittany Meeler, another rmember of the Dream Team, also participated in the tournament.

"It's a nice way to relax away from school with fellow students," she said, "not to mention getting to play against teachers."
